  • MY LIFE; MY PASSION

Photography is the art of painting with light. I have been doing this professionally for the past 16 years. It's an awesome feeling to capture life in an extra ordinary way to share to the whole world. I have dedicated my entire life to this. Join me as I share my thoughts and expressions through photography. Make your comments and lets discuss life through photos.

MOTILAYO & BANJI

I got a recommendation from a satisfied client which translated into Motilayo’s call from the U.S. about her upcoming wedding. Out spoken and very detailed she was. Banji on the other hand was soft spoken and composed. A balanced union you may say. Arriving into Nigeria finalised the transaction. 3 exotic locations were chosen and presto…I swung into action to make these awesome images.

First was the old school look photographed at Johnny Rockets; a franchise American fast food joint in Victoria Island, Lagos. I got there early to have a second look, as I had visited there a while ago. Got my lights tested out while waiting for the couple to arrive.

I love the pureness of the old school where men were boys and the women were babes…… Not too much PDF….oops!…did I say that? I meant PDA ( public display of affection)….where PDA was a taboo.

JR was a great location with their fantastic jukebox. Loved it.

The second location was her parent’s home. Simple but nicely furnished. I played a lot with light.

The Mercedes Benz car lot in Lekki Lagos was the cherry on my ice cream. I love the brand….simply exotic. So I decided to use the car features as my theme to celebrate the beauty of German engineering at it’s best.

Altogether it was an amazing shoot. I hope you like them as much as I do.

CHRIS OKOTIE – THE REVEREND GENTLEMAN

image

Finally we have found a confluence where Christianity, fashion, music and politics meet. The man called Chris Okotie. The one ready to lay down his life to defend God’s Word; an icon on style, ready to break the status quo from the traditional uniform robe to designer couture of rare amazement. The music maestro with awesome song writing skills, with over 160 unpublished chart bursting Christian songs. Many of which are sung in other assemblies as choruses. The leader of of the people with the FRESH ideology of empathy of governance and the one who understands the closeness of state to church determines nationhood.
